Banana, Peanut Butter, Rice & Milk Smoothie
I stumbled upon a recipe for a smoothie with typical smoothie ingredients in it and also some quinoa from Simple Quinoa blog (recipe here). While I didn’t have cashew milk around or any prepared quinoa, I did have a super ripe banana, peanut butter, milk and prepared multi-grain rice. Bam! The smoothie was tasty and hearty. I also put some coffee into it to give it a smoky flavor. The smoothie was good as is, and I’d try it with quinoa next time since it’d probably blenderize better.
