Tuscan dinner. Tuna topped with a sauteed tomato, basil, yellow onion garlic and parsley sauce, and grilled radicchio and cannellini bean salad.
My favorite chocolate cake craving substitute. Milk, strawberries, cocoa powder and honey.
Simple pork – organic, pan-fried, seasoned with S&P. Whipped cauliflower – whipped with cheddar and Parmesan, roasted carrots, shallots and garlic garnish mixed in. Aromatic garnish – side of above veggie mix.
