Potato, Chickpea and Pea Curry

It’s easier to go back to the beginning and discuss how this dish came to be. Ah yes, the beginning.

These potatoes. I bought a huge bag of them and today I needed to figure out how to eat them quickly instead of one potato at a time. I had about 5 left. I also had a can of chickpeas and some frozen sweet peas. And. AND I happened to be craving a creamy curry.

The recipe I ended up making is mostly inspired by this Food.com recipe and this AllRecipes.com recipe. The spices I used are: garam masala, two different curry powders, tumeric, cumin, coriander, and a dash of jalapeno powder.

I tasted it along the way of course, but mostly cannot wait until tomorrow!
