I love the concept of this restaurant and how it mirrors modern HR practices and “well, duh” processes for customers. Profit sharing, PTO and sick time, and no $2-waiter wages for employees. From the customers’ perspective, I love eliminating ridiculous hour-long waits and performing evaluations when tipping.
