Spinach/Chive linguine tossed with fresh parmesan, pignolia, artichoke hearts and EVOO
Sometimes the best kind of meals are the simplest. This is a combination of stuff..erhhm.. ingredients I had laying around.
Linguine pasta from Trader Joe’s tossed with extra virgin oil, Parmesan cheese, pine nuts and canned artichoke hearts.
I’ve never had canned artichokes yet alone artichokes, but they were tasty. Gently brined, but not offensive. They reminded me of canned baby corn. Not sure I’d seek them out again, but I didn’t mind them.
