Fried brussel sprouts

This year during cooking classes, I discovered how tasty brussel sprouts are and how to cook them properly.

  • Cut off most of the nub end
  • Cut brussel sprouts in half
  • Put oil in pan followed by the sprouts
  • Turn on the heat to medium high
  • Season the sprouts
  • Cook them on one side until browned, on the verge of burn
  • Add more oil if needed
  • Flip sprouts over
  • Enjoy any crispy layers that fall off as snacks
  • Eat asap
