Fried brussel sprouts
This year during cooking classes, I discovered how tasty brussel sprouts are and how to cook them properly.
- Cut off most of the nub end
- Cut brussel sprouts in half
- Put oil in pan followed by the sprouts
- Turn on the heat to medium high
- Season the sprouts
- Cook them on one side until browned, on the verge of burn
- Add more oil if needed
- Flip sprouts over
- Enjoy any crispy layers that fall off as snacks
- Eat asap
