Harissa eggs and Tuscan kale
Today’s breakfast was sauteed Tuscan kale with two eggs, Adam’s reserve cheddar, and pepper harissa sauce. Eggs came out with a stripe of bright yellow in the middle and zero ooze…AKA perfect.
